going well so far.

Had an early night last night and slept for about 12hrs!

No massive craves yet, just the odd little one and my inhalator is helping with them

I'm trying to keep my mind off the fact that I'm never going to smoke again (scary!!) and on the fact that I'm going to have loads more money (Not scary!!)

Hi Lottie,

I am not telling myself never (allthough it will be) as whenever we tell ourselves we can't have something we immediately seem to want it more. So I am saying to myself If I want to have a smoke I can but I choose not to. Takes the pressure of I find xxxx

PS & more money is ALWAYS a good incentive LOL. xx
