I am nearly there. I still have temptation sometimes but I'm handing in. The weight gain bothers me but at least I can walk and climb stairs without running out of breath. To all those who joined when I did, we're nearly there. A whole year. Yippeeee:

a very well done Darby, i am also bothered with the weight gain, but I have thrown myself into excercise. I hope it works :eek:. You can loose weight, and I am sure you will, if you can quit smoking, dieting will be a breeze

Well done Darby one month tomoz and you will be up in the Penthouse waving a flag I hope so we can all see you have arrived in one piece, I think that we all will feel the odd pang even after all that time I know I sometimes do and I also think why did I quit and then like you we do something and realise maybe we couldnt do that before we quit, so its for the good of our health and the quality of our lives, you keep going and post to let us know you have scaled the mountain and reached the peak x
