5 months, goodness gracious

Well I never, I've made it to 5 months and smoke free.:)

Honestly there have been times when I could have cried or sold my soul for a cigarette but I resisited.

I am still having ongoing stress which isn't helping but whenever I feel tempted I dig my heels in.;)

I still like to "stalk" smokers though.:D Just to get the odd whiff.lol

On a better note, I think I have lost a few of the pounds I put on and my eating seems to be returning to normal.

I shall keep resisting if and when I get urges.
