5 months, goodness gracious

Well I never, I've made it to 5 months and smoke free.

Honestly there have been times when I could have cried or sold my soul for a cigarette but I resisited.

I am still having ongoing stress which isn't helping but whenever I feel tempted I dig my heels in.

I still like to "stalk" smokers though. Just to get the odd whiff.lol

On a better note, I think I have lost a few of the pounds I put on and my eating seems to be returning to normal.

I shall keep resisting if and when I get urges.

Evening Wendy CONGRATULATIONS ON 5 MONTH and glad to say it gets so much better after that time scale, you know the pitfalls though so beware nicco demon is still out to get you and he thinks you will be less aware of him and fall down, but we know you want so stay proud and strong xx
