Today is the first day that I havn't woken up and coughed up some gunk in a very long time..
The first 4 weeks of my quit nothing much happened really, I was kinda worried at where it had all gone. For the next 9 weeks everyday I had coughed something up, whether big or small, mostly really tarry black sticky stuff. Its sickening what we have done to ourselves I tell you!!!
13 weeks in, I can't wait to see what the craic is
