Yes! I made it through the first day! Woop woop

Im armed with crisps and water and lip gloss this morning.

Went to the gym last night and it really helped! It helps alot being in a place where there is no smoking allowed.

Tonight I am off to have a meal with a bunch of friends, some smokers, some not. I am confident I wont succumb to the devil

Im using lipgloss because I cant stand having a ciggy with it on. It makes it soggy and slippery.... I dont normally wear it so Ill be going through more lipgloss lol!

I havent got round to binning the fags yet. Ive left them in the car. I havent had chance to be honest. I will bring them in at lunch and chuck them away Couldnt chuck them at home because of my parents. And I forgot about them at the gym as I was rushing to get my prescription

Didn't mind the feeling, just got used to it I guess but got fed up redoing the lipgloss all the time. But that's a fab way to deter yourself from smoking!!

Lol, I remember having to get rid of fag packets and stuff when my parents didn't know I smoked, used to wrap them up or bin them somewhere else.

But make sure you do get shot of them ASAP, the less temptation you have the easier it's going to be, and when you feel tempted jump on here and we'll drag you through hun xx
