Mine did the same 2 weeks ago....after 8 months quit he started with one and went on from there.
I was angry but more because it spoils my no smoking life style but now I realise his quit is up to him and as long as it does not rock my quit then it is not my problem...
Goes to show...in the words of Allen Car himself (maybe little paraphrased)
...don't think of it as 'do I want one cigarette', think of it as 'do I want to be a smoker again'.
Is there any point on putting pressure on him to stop?
Plus the annoying thing is we are now financial no better off for my quit so no pot of money building up for my treat any more
Probably no point at all.....mine feels very guilty though and tried so hard to hide it from me....he was mortified when I smelt it on him earlier this evening....
just be self righteous.....hopefully do the trick...
