Ive not been on here in a while, have been busy busy busy. How is everyone getting on?
I am currently on week 3 of not smoking and must say it is getting easier each day, i think about smoking less and less, although i do have my moments
the only thing that is bugging me is the weird dreams i am having, some good and some bad, although i did have a good dream about peter andre last night
my mum says i am quite snappy at the moment, dont know whether thats down to champix or not smoking!!
Anyway hows everyone else been doing?

The dreams are normal and like Gaynor says, should begin to ease up soon. I had them with patches too, some good some not so good. Sleep was a bit hit and miss too for a while.
Three weeks into a quit is something to be very pleased about Your doing great. Keep coming on here and read posts from folk that are ahead of your quit time, it's great way to prepare and learn from. The more you know, the smaller this challenge can feel

Hi Laura
glad to hear your quit is getting easier, and by the sound of it you have got it cracked now :)...not sure about Peter Andre not being a weird dream though Laura !...good luck to you Laura hope your quit stays this easy for you for the whole journey to freedom.
Hi Laura I am pleased you have come back to let us know you are still smoke free, ah the dreams yes sadly they go in time and as I am CT and still had them they are obviously a quit symptom not a champix one alone I would say, I like Peter Andre so much more than when he was with the other thing he was with, maybe if you fancy him there is a chance for you now.
Another week and you will be moving up to the Month room so keep surging forwards, tell your mum the snappy phase will pass soon and maybe you need more water and fresh air to detox your body, it is better to be a snappy daughter for a while than a smoker xx
Hi Laura, yes the beathing.....isn't it lovely to feel fresh air entering your new healthy lungs and as for going to the gym your on to a winner surrounding yourself with all those fit anti smoking people. Well done to 4 weeks.
