My day 3 has been ok so far, I've been abit lazy today didn't get up til about 2. I always find the first few days quite easy, at the moment I'm struggling to complete a week. So my aim is it take it day by day and not to cave in on day 5/6/7, I would be so proud of myself if i could get past days 5/6/7. Thanks.

You and Teri D should get together you are both at the same time and its good to have a quit buddy keeps you on track, well done and keep going it will only get better and you can only feel healthier, stay strong.
i too found the first week or so exhausting like i just wanted to sleep ..the trouble was come nite time i was wide awake .........Give ure goal of the w7 days ...just say im gonna do 7 days whats a week ...it goes so quick dosnt it ...xxx ..promise ureslf ..
