Hi everyone i`m back, well i lasted 4 days doing cold turkey last time, i was gutted. so this time im gonna stick at it and try my chuffing hardest xx

So you made 4 days last time .. if you make 5 this time it is progress. You just have to keep trying Hun, eventually it will be the final quit; the great thing is you are back and ready to tackle it again.

Best of luck for your quit tomorrow, you've just reminded me they did a great song about addictions called 'Got to give it up' which Ive just added to my mp3, I'll be playing it loud tomorrow morning as I'm jogging discreetly around some country lanes , this jogging lark is hard work but great for blasting away the cravings!

Oh if only it was easy I think all smokers would try to be non smokers but sorry to say its worse than hard it can be very hard.

4 days and soon you will get back into it and like Jodi said 4 then 5 whatever it takes.

Every step can be big or small as long as its on the right road and doesnt veer off in the wrong direction.

You will become so much stronger the further along you go and remember you always have us to walk beside you or pull you along in the right direction.

Keep well hydrated as sipping ice cold water helps to stave off the craves and also have plenty of healthy nibbles to hand, so good luck and keep posting x

Thanks everyone, i didnt manage to quit that day. my partner was still at home and he`s a smoker so i thought it best to wait a bit.

todays the day though, i`m determined this time xxx
