Hi All,

Hi BQ, go for it tomorrow. Get reading the information on the sites available if you haven't already done so, remember all your reasons for stopping and go for it. Most of us were a little apprehensive at first, and i'm not going to pretend that it's a walk in the park, take it one minute/hour/day at a time, that time soon mounts up and you'll be really proud of yourself.
Keep us posted.

My 7 year old son has played a massive part in my wanting to quit this time so I have just been to the pharmacy for my patches and gum!!! I have never used these before so fingers crossed.
Good luck everyone..!
