I blew a 1!!

I'm now on day 4 and have been to my first support thingy at the pharmacy.....blew into the carbon monoxide machine and blew a 1!! How cuffed (not literally tho) am I, came out of there little a little kid that has got her first gold star!! Small things and all that!

M33 I am so glad you are chuffed with a one on the blower, you will probably laugh when I say that one was a dissaster for me as I wanted a big fat 0 and I havent managed it yet and I am told unless I move to the scottish highlands or some where were there are no cars or pollution we cannot get a big fat 0 but it is a boost so you take a massive buzz from that and have a good weekend.

Well done - that is amazing how quickly Co2 readings drop!! I read 38 at first meeting, smoking cessation advisor was really kind and said - it was high, but, not the highest she had seen!!

Its a big day of proud moments just also managed a meal out with a friend who smokes......I can't say that I didn't crave that nice after dinner ciggie but I didn't do it just puffed on the inhalator all the way home in the car!!
