Well after 7 days on Champix I have finally got to day one of quitting. I feel better than I thought I would (mind you it is only 10am!!). Started the big blue tablets this morning, felt nauseas first thing but ok now.
Let's hope the day goes fast.
Bring on day 2!! Happy Tuesday one and all

Happy Tuesday to you too hope your day goes quickly
First day for me on the blue ones too, was ok felt slightly sick after taking it for about two minutes so I cant complain, good luck with today, think positive and you will be fine, I personally think if you can get through the next two days you will never look back, thats me been quit for a week tomorrow. Good to have someone at the same stage as me on the champix, will be interesting to track your progress against mine. All the best, just keep yourself busy.
Well 1.15pm and the staff are still alive - that's a bonus.
Feel ok which does surprise me, I went for a walk at lunch time just to get me out really. I'm an exercise fanatic so I've been swimming this morning before work and I have a spinning class tonight so at least I will be busy.
K - I honestly think there is a huge difference today on the cravings due to the extra dose of Champix which is good. I was terrible yesterday with cravings and bad mood, so I'm glad I've just got it over with.
Just to say, I honestly do not know how people go 'cold turkey', full respect to those who do.
The blue tabs did not agree with me at all, but there is loads of advice on here to try if you need to, it has really helped me. I now find if I take the tab half way through breakfast and dinner with a large glass of water no probs at all.
