Day 6 for me

Can't quite believe I've made it to the end of day 6. Really quite pleasantly surprised, its not been easy but its also not been horrific. In fact I feel like I should be suffering more!!

The combination of patches and mini lozenges seems to be working for me. I was really pleased to be able to tell the lady from the PCT's Smoking Cessation team that I'd given up and all my friends and colleagues have been really supportive.

The only thing I have noticed is that I do seem to be more easily agitated; I completely overreacted to a printer malfunction at work!

So its very much onwards and upwards to the end of the first week.

well done day 6 ....i know wot you mean with getting agitated at first but it does get better & youll start to feel more normal..surprisingly in quite a short space of time. Almost a week done woo hoo xxxxx
