Hi all,

I have been quit for 1 Year, 4 Months, 2 Weeks, 1 Day, 8 hours and 12 minutes (500 days). I have saved £4,202.87 by not smoking 15,010 cigarettes. I have saved 1 Month, 3 Weeks, 2 hours and 50 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 29/12/2008 00:00

Stick with it, It really is worth it.

What can I say Congratulations seems inadequate after that length of time but I have said it any way, I exspect you feel brilliant now as passing the 12 month mark seems to have a positive effect on most people.

I still find it fantastic that I have reached the 4 month mark + so I can only imagine how you feel, have a great day Wayne and many more x
