Day 10

Hey guys,

Had a really bad day yesterday :(. I woke up with a stinking cold and sore throat and felt like crap. Was on a real downer all day but stuck to my guns and didn't have a fag. I still have a cold today but I am not down as I was yesterday. I'm starting to feel a lot healthier and will be glad when I no longer have these cravings.

Thank you for all your support and I wish everyone all the luck in the world with their quits.
