Hey Guys, have had a really good day so far today. I haven't had any cravings today, much better than yesterday when I was craving one all day. Bought some apple juice yesterday and have drunk a whole carton so far today which seems to have really helped. Am hoping I have another great day tomorrow.

Just wanted to say good luck to you Nic and also Stef, you sound like a very brave lady, having been through such a tough time and you still want to quit smoking so credit to you.

I quit with my partner too so can relate to the silly little squabbles you have over nothing really, it can be a blessing and a curse to have 2 quitters in the house.

Like you I have started running with my dog altho he's a right clutz and keeps tripping me up so may have to go it alone sometimes, i bought some running trainers yesterday as a birthday pressy to myself, I really like the running side of it as obviously breathing is much better and it does help kick the cravings into touch.

Aiming for the race for life will be a great incentive for you, and having beat breast cancer, I think you can achieve anything!

Good luck, it's hard but the rewards are fantastic!
