Hi Julia sounds like you had a rough month and now you are moving into month 2 which I hope will get better for you and Im sure it will.
Are you getting enough fluids as being dehydrated is a sure way to feel crap big time.
So see if you need more and up the chilled water intake, I have just realised that when we quit our dopamin levels drop and this can make us feel rough as well.
Hope you feel better and keep posting so we can give you all the support you need to feel stronger in your quit xx

This site has been my mainstay and I know I wouldnt have made it without it so you keep posting good or bad it doesnt matter so long as it helps, if quitting was easy this site wouldnt exist would it but eventually it will feel so much better I promise xx
