I have just come back from physio and I am feeling great for once
2 years ago (yesterday) I broke my leg in 3 places and messed up my ligaments, tendons and more importantly my circulation in that leg. Both my consultant and physio have nagged at me to quit smoking as this was not helping the situation and today I told them I had!!!! What’s more the circulation is slowly improving.
Still set off the detectors when I go through security at the airports though

I'm not surprised you set off the detectors/sensors at the airport, i think you've got half the screw-fix catalogue in that there ankle
What is incredible is that we humans stupidly protect the most silly of items in our hands when we stumble.. We are exceptionally skilled at ensuring not a drop of coffee gets spilt too when we go like this
but ouchhh a tray of plants? a what? £5 tray ?? for the damage it caused ???
You've done right to quit smoking though regardless of the main reasons, the benefits you will experience will by far outweigh any negatives i'm certain.
Hi Steph well done 50 Days and I bet they were so pleased at the hospital, if you stand next to the fire do the screws get hot??? justb a thought which I want take any further LOL
