Well I am on day 41..and all was going really well...up until a couple of hours ago...
Hubby has packed the fags up and its his second day today...what a nightmare...he got up in a foul mood...and started moaning straight away...
I am pulling me hair out...I am praying it wont start me off again...but just dont know if I am strong enough....I could of quite easily lit one up...but somehow managed to stop meself..and had a lozenger instead...

Just go for a walk on your own or something. You don't want to have to start all of this good work all over again and go through all the horrible craving times again later.
