Hi Snow. Top Tip - Go to the shop and get some Green Tea. It tastes like sh*t but its supposed to be really good for you and is supposed to relieve the cravings according some chinese bloke i know. Anyway - it worked for me.
Hang on in there - there are now people in this forum looking at you wishing they were stong enough to last 5 days.
Day 5 for me too and I can't believe how easy it has been - I FEEL FREE! Have been using Champix tabs and they are brilliant. I can honestly say I have not had anything like the cravings I have had in the past when I've attempted to quit. The motivation for me ths time is that I'm taking my 3 eldest grandchilden to Disneyworld next month and didn't want to be smoking around them for 10 days! Good luck everyone!
Day 5 hey, get you You should be feeling very proud of yourself.
Try focusing on what an achievement you have made in not smoking for these last few days. Remember the look of pride on your childrens faces that their Mum is fighting a battle, but oh my, is she ever winning it. I used to go & read on whyquit as that always helped strengthen my resolve & had forgot about the craving when I had finished
Sorry you're finding ot tough the last couple of days but hang in there it really does get easier the further you go

Well done Susan - almost a week. I have found Champix good as well and I know you will enjoy your trip Disneyworld much more as a non-smoker
Well done to you! You are still upbeat though which is brilliant! I am also cursing buying my girls black paint and allowing them to make and paint a pretend tv set yesterday in their bedroom with no supervision.......
