I have been quit for 10 hours, 5 minutes and 52 seconds (0 days). I have saved £2.18 by not smoking 8 cigarettes. I have saved 40 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 23/03/2007 00:00

Morning to you both. Day 10 for me dont know how I got this far. Good luck to you both Nealy had one last night but so glad I didnt. Hoping I have turned a small corner now I am on double numbers. But reading all the threads is helping very very much going to work now see you all soon

Ooooh yes Tea today is amazing! totally!! although the 3 weeks i quit sure my taste buds are better but the antibiotics leave me with a permanent bitter taste in my mouth, dont know if you ever experienced it?

so no anti's no cigs i have had 5 cups of tea today already! i cant get enough of it you know you enjoy a cup then make a 2nd and it never tastes the same as the first one? well today it does its all good!

Yeah energised man yeah!! it's 'my friday' that means the eldest 4 are going to their dads for the weekend! Wooooo Hoooooo thats like 28 meals less to cook! 4 less loads of washing, 2,000 less demands to deal with of course i am energised
