Day 6 and proud

6th day today and i took the patches off on day 2 . So feeling well proud of myself and also feeling so much better than yesterday ,now that was a day from hell .I got through it ,i think it was the deep breaths .

Thankyou very much . Today iv had cravings and when i went out ,i could smell the smokers and really craved that much so i could of been a stalker :mad:So it proves to me that i cant let my guard down .

No don't let it down for a long time. i cannot even look at a smoker, i deliberatley avoid them at all costs, no looking, no sniffing and defo no inhaling :eek:

just think 'urgh' 'poor buggers' i'm so glad to be healthy again. Then run away because you can run now lol.
