I used this forum and patches and a quit nurse and found the breathing in thingy to be really helpful in spuring me on! Well done for quitting and look forward to seeing you tomorrow on day two!
Hello fellow first day non smokers. I have my patch on and have just tried one of the under the tongue tabs - yuk!
My other half is also trying but has just phoned to say he has failed today but won't be smoking once he gets home and will try again tomorrow.
We have an appointment with the nurse next Tuesday to test if we have been smoking - all good stuff, great support.
