Must admit I could have "killed" for a cig this morning. I repeated my "mantra" to myself and did some deep breathing. I had a dream last night that I had smoked a cig as well. I woke up and it took me a few minutes before I realised it was only a dream. Funny thing is I was reading on here the other day that someone had dreamt about them smoking, guess I've joined the club.
I'm going to go for a walk soon, that always helps me.

Hi Wendyann, The dreams are a bitch i know, but they become less frequent as your quit go's on, I would like to think they will stop eventually, we can but hope!!!
