Just entered my third week as a non smoker!

So far so good!

But have to admit that I do wake up in the mornings with them on my mind!

Well done, 3 weeks is fantastic and as the song says "Things will only get better". In no time smoking will be merely a distant memory, no more morning thoughts about the weed. And so far brilliant. I am 7 days free and looking forward to saying 3 weeks like you.

I got mine from the whyquit site "silkquit" open the quit meter and ctrl and = together wacks it in there
