Poor kids

Bad day today!!! I feel sorry for my kids, they have been screamed and ranted at followed by apologies so many times today. My poor daughter only spilt a drink and the way i reacted you would have thought she had stabbed me!!!

Weekends are bad but the good news is we are still not smoking!!

I did have to avoid the paper shop again today, as they normally get my cigarettes out before i ask and I didn't trust myself not to take them!!

I've done a fair bit of hollering at the kids today as well, though I'm not sure how much is end of half term and how much is quitting. Perhaps in years to come our kids will set up some kind of forum talking though the trauma of their parents quitting smoking...

I think just getting on with it, crack on, is the only way to go, some bits, like weekends are harder, but once they're over, they're over.........
