Well done on beating the cravings and also more importantly...day 4. Add up all the wee bits of experience and lessons you've learned in your previous attempts and for sure you'll get to day 11....but expect to get well past that, at least into week 2 :eek:

How about sipping water instead of eating sweeties? I prefer sweeties too but...
Day 4 aswell and feeling confident too but it's Saturday night and i'm out eating and drinking! Am I going to keep up the will power with a drink or two?, only time will tell. I am going equipped with my fake ciggie and no coat so I can't go outside in the freezing weather!

Hi loffe1, nice to meet you I had a couple of glasses of wine last night and I was absolutley fine. But to be honest I've never associated smoking with my friday night vino anyway so it wasn't too hard. Just don't get completely blotto will you?!! I'll expect to see you here tomorrow morning bright eyed and bushy tailed! Oh ok, lunchtime and hungover is just fine.
Oh where do I start??!! Some slightly fluffy sherbet lemons lurking in the glove box saved my life earlier! We've also had a couple of chupa chups lollipops and a rolo dessert thingy. For seconds we have some minstrels and small geezers and if things get really tough - we still have some leftover cheesecake in the fridge!!
