Nothing to really add on the quit front, quit is still in action. Pretty chuffed in a way as I've had a uber crap week at work and haven't once thought about the smokes; let alone turning too them.

Tonight is beer and curry (I couldn't be arsed to make one so it's take out), and hopefully a good book and/or great music.

Tomorrow..well that's just another day. I'm hoping the weather's half decent as I fancy a bit of the outside life again....but without snow.

That's sme for the time being.

god that snow is irritating the nuts off me now, i like it but when it gets to excessive like this i just hate it, its to much and should come back in december

im going out tomorrow night for my cusions b'day meal thing which is indian...im really hoping they have kormas or the rogan josh things or ill be getting a kfc as indain stuff with all its hot chillis etc just blow my head off and i cant stand it
