goodmorning everyone hope you are all well feeling loads better today.. thinking about my mum who lost her fight from lung cancer 7 years ago today seems like yesterday... feeling so strong today didnt think i would not had a crave this morning just slapped my patch on and that was it off work now till tuesday so just going to enjoy my few days off...

good morning both of you, cant believe how good im feeling so i am making the most of it nipping into town to get some pot plants as i do each year for my mum.. really do miss her.. you know i went once to see colin fry just after my mum passed away what a let down nothing maybe i expected too much then last year went to the local spirilist church where i live paid 50p to get in and this guy came up to me and described my mum to me told me alsorts amazing .....( well that was totally random bit of info sorry) .. thankyou for you kind words and lots of encouragement you have given me since i joined you cant believe how much it has helped me xxxxx
