day 4

start of day 4 for me so far so good got up this morning and i dont even want to light up so progress i think i am going to do this as i need to. im glad i am one day nearer to getting the first week over with was well pleased last night when i went to see my smoking woman and when i blew into that thing i dont know what its called anyway the reading was 0 well happy and next time i go back in 2 weeks time if i still havent smoked she said i will be classed as a non smoker that sounded good so thats what im aiming for right now .. good day so far i hope it stays this way

  • Well done, day 4, sounding really positive. It's a great feeling, especially when you here that kind of thing from the medical profession, it's always those guys that smokers are especially embarrassed by.

    I've no doubt you will make the week, then onwards and upwards. Day by day is the key, those days soon mount up.
