Good for you!! and that nice list of good things will continue to get longer as you realise even the more subtle differences actually make you feel good too.
I must say that the good things are definitely out weighing the bad things now.
Good things since I stopped:
1. Skin is clearer and has a lovely healthy colour.
2. Teeth have no dark staining on them any more.
3. I can go for longer in the gym now (60 mins instead of 40 mins of cardio).
4. My clothes, hair, breath, car and house do not smell any more.
5. I feel clean on the inside if that makes any sense!
6. By week 4 I will have saved £160!!!!!!!
I'm sure there are others but I can't think at the moment!
Bad things since I stoped:
1. There are are zero bad things since I stopped.
Hope everyone is ok and feeling strong, keep up the good work.

Good on you,, thats the same kind of benefits, i have noticed,,i feel much cleaner and the best thing is my increased stamina in the gym, another couple of days and it will be 1 month for you and for others in week 3, come on lets keep at it..
Hi Clarebear - I can't believe it's Day 19 already?! You're nearly out of weeks 2/3 which is GOOD news.
Know what you mean about the gym thing. My legs are getting tired now before my lungs, instead of the other way round. I'm running further and not looking like I need medical assistance for breathing at the end of it!
I'm looking into doing a 5k run for charity. Important to have something to aim for.

I can agree with the gym thing, same here, before I would be huffing and puffing, even though my body could still go, now its like incredible, i can run at 13k and for the first time did 5 k in 20 minutes, its great, its only the times outside the gym that i need to think of doing something..

Running at 13k is impressive. I'm running at 9.5k and ran 3k with no problems this week. I'm getting on the treadmill tonight and would like to be easilyrunning 5k in the next few weeks. 38 days ago when I was a smoker I would have needed an ambulance team with oxygen at hand! No wonder I've always preferred weights and resistence work in the gym. Cardio was hard work! How have I been so bad to my body for so long.
