Well done on the montrh smoke free but sorry to hear you still feel a bit down it will pass promise it juast takes time and patience waiting for the body to heal
Sorry to hear you are feeling down, I had a lot of that so understand how you feel. I tried to find something to do or exercise if you can, both excellent for helping to lift the spirits up.
I know how you feel though. I had a load of great really positive days then when I hit the month I was really low. All I can say is that it will pass and you will be able to feel the elation of doing so well. It's a rollercoaster but the good days really do start to outnumber the bad.
Agree that doing some exercise will help. I find just being outdoors even for a walk gives me a lift.
Remember that you only went cold turkey a week ago so that is bound to have an effect too. I have not got to that stage yet as still using the patches but you have been smoke free for a whole month so be proud of yourself.
Failing all that get the chocolate out and a feel good movie. Never fails
