Glad you flushed them! Don't feel bad.... the fact you flushed them confirms how serious you take this and how badly you want this quit. Remember next time you feel tempted how you badly you felt. Keep going with your quit, you'll be fine!

I agree with the others here about this blip

But be careful as if it happens again you may not get away with it

Also as Jackie says try and come here more often if for nothing else but to reinforce your quit
