good work fella! 3 months is great work. Nice one for getting through all the festivities and that, heres to 3 more eh?!
Hi there
Well done I'm joining you too in month four and from what people say it's plain sailing from here
Well done Bob & Lucan the Octo quitters go marching on, yeah!! Well done, very proud of you. xx
Hi Bob, great to hear from you again
Big well done to you and Lucanlass for completing your 3 Months.
Welcome to Month 4 to you both
It is better and easier Lucanlass in many ways for me, but instead of big occasional 'wants' for a smoke, I'm having almost a constant tiny little want. Easy to ignore and tell where to go but come evening time it sometimes grows a little.
I do feel that for some folk the focus is less intense and draining but you do need to tidy the resolve up a little bit some days.
Wishing you both a happy smoke free Month 4
Pol x
Freedom is never costless
Hi and congratulations on your 3 months I wish I was there with you I start month 2 tomorrow and I feel Sh** LOL first 3 weeks great last three days of feeling anxious and snappy how long does this phase last does any one know Well keep going along the road and can you give me a little pull every now and again LOL
Oh this deserves a big congrats i think!! Well done you!!! If you need any convincing that quitting smoking has changed things totally for you? check out your day 1 post What a difference!!!
Great job you've done here on this quit and its a looooooong way past the 'lasted a week at the most' previous attempts too. Be really proud, because you should be!
Jase.
hi, errm im not sure exactly how to start this but here goes....
...i've decided to stop smoking, i'm a 24 yr old male from Merseyside and I have been smoking since I was 16, i've given up in the past but it has only lasted for around a week at most, this time i'm determined to stop forever though, I stumbled across this forum and thought i would sign up
i had one yesterday morning before i decided to quit so i am counting today as day one.
