Read this this morning!

Flicking around some of the sites this morning, feeling much better by the way, I read this from one of the links i've saved, almost had me in tears. One of my biggest fears whilst smoking was to get an illness that was so obviously smoking related. This says it all for me.

wow lozza- poweful stuff. they have an expression in New York similar to "if only" - its called "Coulda Woulda Shouda!"
