Can't believe it - 51 today and on the 29th I'll be entering my third month.

I've put on 12 pounds so the next thing is the New Year diet with my pals the Octoquits!

Sorry about you and hubby being so unwell currently but brilliant to see your days adding up so nicely.

Despite the back, the arm, cold number 1 and now chest infection, I bet your lungs are partying big time at you having quit

Bloody hell Pol thank you but - what a hypochondriac I sound - I've never ever been one to be ill and have never had any patience with those who moaned about illness and look at me now! OK (shouting now) DESPITE ALL THESE AILMENTS I AM FINE!!!!!

Sorry I wasnt here to celebrate our 50th day together, but was in Berkshire with kids and grandkids.

Well done you and me for getting this far, sorry you been feeling rotten and Im keping low as I could murder a fag all day long, we keep going you and I but not sure how ??? BUT we are fab for doing 50 days xxxxx
