5 weeks and I am still here and going strong! I am actually on my 3rd day of NO LOZENGERS!! I tell you what...this has been so much easier quitting with a NRT than trying it cold turkey. I can't tell you how much that has helped me. At some points durning the day I want to pop a lozenger in my mouth but the urge passes. So much better than those TERRIBLE Cig urges! I am chewing a lot of gum and that is helping. I wonder if these urges will last as long as the cigarrette urges did or not. I think I craved cigarrettes really hard for about the first 3 weeks...so up until 2 weeks ago. I heard it takes 21 days to get over a addiction. I wonder if that will be the same for my lozengers. My husband is also nicotine free!! Yay us!
