They're damn fine pies! Eat up cos I'll be off to month 2 room soon, and my pies will be going too. Sad!

It has been quiet here lately, maybe folk are hibernating? Understandable! It's damn cold out there. Brrrrr. Eat the warm pies! Oh, and join me in month 2 soon for a Swedish (don't ask, there's no rational explanation) feast including Aquavit- lethal!!

Sorry I'm late Smoky Bear - day 22 for me, so here I am.

I'm fine but have stopped the Nico patches early as am fed up with the dreams and the cramp. The Smokey Nurse said it couldn't be the patches causing the cramp but it started about day 3 of the patches and has been anognising. I've been taking Crampex which have helped a bit but has given me the itches .......

So I'm on week 4 of the high dose nico patches but have just stopped - just as well go CT now - so wish me luck!!

I've just left a warm and comfy sofa smokybear.... its super comfy and toasty! (and i think i left a bottle of wine by the side of it... help yourself if its not been seen and scoffed already!!

NeedACuppa, won't be long and you will be in here. There seems to be a never ending supply of pie in this room. Crumbs everywhere and half empty bottles, and brandy glasses all over the place. It needs a good tidy up. It needs one of those energetic (3 day) people. I think everyone trashes this room, cause we are only here 1 week.
