Hurrah! I'm currently congratulating myself on reaching day 20

Its all starting to get easier now, i've been cutting patches into smaller patches and haven't noticed any more urges... yay!!!

I'm smiling again after a trying week where i was emotionally challenged, and full of leaky saltwater at the drop of a hat..... my OH no longer has soggy shoulders, i'm happy that the world isn't out to get me, and the dastardly evil Darklord Nick O'Teen isn't lurking around every corner to will me back onto the evil weed....

I believe this is the time i am going to crack this daftness once and for all....

Excellent work for 20 days

Well done ZoZie, your doing a fine job. Keep up the patches until you are confident enough to use the weaker strength ones. Make sure you stay on top of your quit, dont become complacent. Sometimrs we do so well at the beginning we can let down our guard, but you seem to be really in control. Well done again, keep us posted as it gives the rest of us a well needed boost
