ok just came back from the pub

Almost 30 people smoking non stop around me from the DJ to the barman to the waitreses customers ALL!

That was madnes at the beging , I felt that I put my self at the mouth of the beast .

I talk to my self "ok hold It together , you are quiting smoking , you are not quiting going to pubs , you must overcome this and enjoy yourself!"

and gladly managed to go through It
