WOW we are geting there i wasnet on yesterday as i was very busy but that is a good thing i suppose.
I doing well i seem no thing of the fags not quite as much but i do have my good and bad days,i do feel weekend very hard buy hey we will have to see how its going.

I intend to keep myself really busy today to keep my mind off having a fag - have made a list of little jobs that need to be done around the house and at the shops.

Morning all
Feeling good today. Some friends coming over later. He smokes but I've told him I've quit and he wants to know how etc etc, so should be ok. Going to be evry careful with the alcohol - it'll be the first since I quit, so maybe I wont.

Dave, I went out with a friend last night, who smokes. Did not envy her having to go out in the rain. But as the evening went on, she became quite interested in it all, how it was going and upshot is she's off to the docs next week to ask for Champix. I wasn't going to lecture her - I will speak very sternly to myself if I ever turn into one of these rabid anti-smokers. But she genuinely wanted to know and I think most smokers will envy you your success.
First time I had a drink without a cigarette wasn't as big a problem as I thought it would be - and I felt good to have got the 'first time' over with. Just remember you don't smoke now.

All I can say is very well done you lot what a great team you all are. The weekends can be hard at the start but like everthing else they get easyer with time.xxxxxxx
