Congrats
Congrats on the making it so long CT! That is wonderful to hear since I am CT and on day 2! Keep up the great work!
Mic.
Well done Bob, great to hear your well into your third week smoke free
I too found the third week better though for me, the second week was hell.
I'm not missing smoking for the nicotine, what I'm missing is the ritual part of it, the sitting down and making a roll up, the habit side of it.
You deserve to feel happy with your great achievement, esp with going cold turkey.
Keep up the great work and relish in the benefits of being an ex smoker

Hey well done Bob...does not seem like any time at all since you made your first post.
You have done amazingly well, I could never have gone CT....respect
thanks for all the comments guys and well, only a couple of days untill week 4 already
seriously though i think i owe alot of thanks to this forum, it has given me like some kind of sense of my quit being a part of something, and the encouragement off others has been amazing, all this has so far pushed me to keep it going, so thank you!
Hi CurlyBobb
Well done and much respect. I'm sure I couldn't have done it CT - that's great and much encouragement for others starting the CT route.
