i have had a nightmare with peopel insisting on giving me the wrong patches.. but i have made it through regardless.. 4 more days and i go on the lowest strength.. and then a few more week and its all over! can't wait
The worst is over. Just make sure to re-engage with your original happiness about being quit EVERY day..that way the 'Poor me' trap which sometimes gets to people won't get a hold!
i am off to beat the crap out of the chemist tomorrow (only kidding :D)
I went to return the patches but they wouldn't replace them with the correct ones.. but luckily i am going through the NHS so they are going to replace them for me.. !
THANK GOD THIS IS MY LAST LOT OF PATCHES!
I can't afford any more slip ups it was doing my head in!
oh by the way well done to you guys too .. all doing brilliantly, especially when you are helping others as well as yourselves on here.. !

Well done Princess - at least you are getting some help from the NHS which is as it should be. Good luck with your quit.
