..its so much easier now than the first two weeks, especially the first week (which was BAD) i dont even crave them hardly now, i get the odd thought but its hard to explain how they make me feel, they are not cravings as such in the way i dont to get up and smoke when i think about them, either way, i deffinatly do not want to smoke as much as i did at first, so im really happy ive got this far simply by CT

Well done Bob, great to hear your well into your third week smoke free :)

I too found the third week better though for me, the second week was hell.

I'm not missing smoking for the nicotine, what I'm missing is the ritual part of it, the sitting down and making a roll up, the habit side of it.

You deserve to feel happy with your great achievement, esp with going cold turkey.

Keep up the great work and relish in the benefits of being an ex smoker

thanks for all the comments guys and well, only a couple of days untill week 4 already :O

seriously though i think i owe alot of thanks to this forum, it has given me like some kind of sense of my quit being a part of something, and the encouragement off others has been amazing, all this has so far pushed me to keep it going, so thank you! :)

Hi CurlyBobb

Well done and much respect. I'm sure I couldn't have done it CT - that's great and much encouragement for others starting the CT route.
