actually had last one on monday at 11.30am so am counting that as day 1.

so up to day 3 but only 47 hours if that makes sense.

I am finding it a little easier today, and have written on the staffroom whiteboard that i have given up smoking, and am updating the amount of time smoke free regularly, like a little game for myself, to see how long i can go. It actually feels really good to be able to say 47 hours, sounds much better than 25 like yesterday, and i am looking forward to it getting into the hundreds and then thousands.

My girlfriend is being really supportive as well, i now realise that it's better to ask her for help and encouragement, than to wait for it and if it doesnt come then reach for the cigarettes as way of comfort.

Good idea using hours at this point because you can add a whole 24 at the end of every day it won't take long to get hundreds.

Good luck stopping you can do it.
