Good website i haven't seen before

Lots of detailed but clear articles on different aspects of the quit.

I especially like the "How to" deal with the different types of cravings;

The after eating craving

The alcohol craving ( note to self- pay attention)

The stressed craving (and again)

etc. etc.


PS- In case anyone thinks from the name it's a pharmacy one, It's not. Just a good one I've never seen. (US based)
