I'm feeling the urge tonight. I've had choc biscuits, done the breathing, but it ain't easy. But I'm going to hold on. I've gave my OH my wallet and told her where I am right now (and to retire gracefully), So I've got no money to go to the local 24-hour supermarket to get any.

Hang on in there Dave you will feel so much better in the morning. What day you on? The first week is by far the worse you may fined after tonight things will change for the better tomorrow one of my bad days was day 5 or 6 try and get to sleep read as much as pos first help yourself get tired and learn as much as you ca at the same time..xxxxx
