Don't you dare give up after 76 days! It's taken me 3 months ish after my 90 days to get quit again. You KNOW you wil have to go through it all again if you start smoking again
The losing weight or whatever will come & that will be a damned site easier than quitting again. Winter blues has a lot to answer for Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
Hiya Lee. Do you really want to go back to that slavery to smoking, letting it rule your life again. As Gaynor said when you see sense again you will have to go through all this again. If you're on a bit of a downer, just think about it for a couple of days, see how you feel mate. If you do decide to dip your toe in the water again, please be sure to come on here and tell us (me) it was no better than the last time. David
I'm a little :confused:here though why on earth would you want to go back to slavery again after all your hard work
Don't you dare do that to yourself you know full well this is only the Nico:eek: Demons having a go again sneaky little B............ds that they are
After all the work and bad days you've been through do you really want to end up back on day one ???????????????
Keep going Lee prove to yourself [not us] that you can and will win this fight for freedom
Don't fret about the weight it will come off again as your metabolism rights itself I'm almost back to pre quit weight again now and if you exercise it comes off quicker
76 days is great what a shame if you loose it, it is your quit but we are all here willing you on - remember your good reasons for stopping and don't think any negatives.
