Yeah it does feel weird at first so spend it on treats for you that's what I did and still do sometimes

I've had to holidays [not with family] lots of new clothes and just bought a laptop in advance of my 1 year as the old PC had gone all peculier on me not to mention things bought for my home

Spend it on yourself, its nice to actually have something physical to show for it as opposed to spending it on the evil sticks... i bought new boots this week very expensive but i thought to hell with it i deserve them and would only have been two weeks smoking money really and they will last a lifetime lol
